Fred Ewald, Co-founder & CEO MarketOne International LLP
Together with Spencer Harvey, Ewald co-founded MarketOne International in 1998. Through Ewald's guidance in the areas of operations, finance and IT, MarketOne has expanded to seven separate operating units on three continents. Prior to founding MarketOne, Ewald was VP of Operations at Marketing Decisions, Inc. (now Impole Corp.). Other professional experience includes work with Arthur Andersen, Gemini Consulting, and Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems. Ewald holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU, an MS in Professional Accounting from the University Hartford, and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.

Enrico Brosio, Co-founder & President MarketOne International LLP, Managing Director MarketOne Europe LLP
Brosio has led MarketOne's London-based European operation since it's inception in 2002. He has taken a lead role in developing MarketOne's lead lifecycle management practice, and is actively involved with the community of marketing professionals across Europe. Brosio began his career with Deloitte Consulting where he defined business strategies and implemented operational improvement programs for global 500 clients. He then moved to France where he co-founded Gaiatel/Faxnet, a telecom service reseller for Cable & Wireless. Brosio subsequently relocated to London where he worked as a financial analyst with Merrill Lynch and in corporate development with Level 3 Communications. In 2000 he co-founded Avondi, Europe's first venture backed trade exchange. Enrico earned his BA from Trinity College and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

John Strehle, Vice President - Americas
John is in his 11th year at MarketOne, and founded its Boardwalk division that specializes in traditional teleservices and data management. Boardwalk’s services now operate under the MarketOne name. Previously, John was an investment analyst in New York at Oppenheimer and Morgan Stanley, specializing in technology and information services stocks. In this role, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and was on a three-person team overseeing a $1.5-billion portfolio. He was a Staff Consultant at Accenture, following two mideast tours as a Naval Intelligence Officer. He has an MBA from the University of Washington and BA from Hamilton College.

Mark Sullivan, Vice President, World Wide Sales and Marketing
Before joining MarketOne, Mark spent eight years as Vice President of Sales for Carlson Marketing Worldwide. Carlson Marketing acquired SalesDriver in 2001 where he doubled sales year over year. Prior to Carlson he was Director of North American Partner Sales for Lotus and IBM. Mark also held senior management positions with Phoenix Technologies, Harris Corporation, Lanier and NCR. Mark is a Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM), a professional designation from the Incentive Marketing Association. He is also a member of the New England Technology Sales & Marketing Executives Association. Mark earned a BS in Business Administration from Massachusetts College, and studied Management Development at the University of South Carolina.

Rieko Yamada, Managing Director, MarketOne Japan
Ms. Yamada was instrumental in bringing MarketingOne's Telediscovery™ methodology to the Japanese market. Hired as one of MarketOne's first Japanese speaking analysts, Yamada has held positions of increasing responsibility over the last four years, culminating in her being selected in 2006 to head MarketOne Japan. Currently she is chartered with expanding MarketOne's pan-Asia capabilties, with particular focus on China. Yamada's previous experience includes positions at Kennedy Information, Fleishman-Hillard Japan and Hill & Knowlton Japan. Yamada-san received a bachelor of Law from Rikkyo University in Tokyo, and a M.S. in public relations from Boston University.

Spencer Harvey, Co-Founder, MarketOne International LLP
As the co-founder of MarketOne, Harvey was initially responsible for the company's business development and marketing functions. He is credited with building key customer relationships that remain in place today, including Oracle, IBM and Microsoft. Currently Harvey is focused on strategic alignment issues and partner development. Harvey's background includes 25 years of high tech sales and marketing experience, including stints with Datel, Nematron, and Keithley Instruments. Prior to founding MarketOne, Harvey was VP of Business Development at Marketing Decisions, Inc., where he met Fred Ewald. Together, Harvey and Ewald developed the business model that would become the MarketOne family of teleservices companies. Harvey holds a B.A. in philosophy from Wesleyan University.
