Data Services / IT Program Manager - Maynard, MA
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively Program Manage multiple clients and data projects
- Manage project budgets, profitability, and timelines, keeping things on budget and on time
- Manage projects ranging from ongoing data services engagements to large, complex, custom fixed-cost data or software projects
- Take out job codes; create tickets to assign tasks to technical resources; complete individual throughput reporting; complete staff requirements forecasting
- Keep team morale high while meeting each projects’ profitability goals
- Ensure professional management standards are adhered to and assist HR and direct managers with performance evaluations and problem employees
- Follow best practices in Program Management
- Create status reports for clients weekly, keeping client up to date on timelines and hours consumption
- Schedule and lead weekly or bi-weekly status calls with clients
- QA and test deliverables; work with client teams to test and QA deliverables
- Manage all client communications, control client expectations, ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work with Technology Services Manager and Solution Architects to build implementation and staffing plans and timelines for larger projects
- Help scope out new projects with business development and /or solution architects and help business development close business with new and existing clients
- Make recommendations to clients on best practices in marketing data management
- Work as a member of a team of managers, collaborating on resource balancing and standing in for other managers while on vacation or out sick, etc.
Functional requirements
- 3 - 5 years technical project management experience in the technology services industry running data and software development projects for clients
- 2 - 4 years experience working with marketing data, preferably for the IT industry
- 2 - 4 years experience managing DBA’s and software developers
- Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation or other marketing automation solution a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM technology a plus
- PMP Certification a plus
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing data best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and client management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills, able to support the team when under pressure

Demand Generation Specialist / Web Developer / Full Time
Responsibilities
- Technical configuration, implementation, and customization of Eloqua’s automated marketing tool
- Refine and prep HTML marketing content for delivery
- Support and consult on new automated marketing efforts
- Develop/implement best practices in automated demand generation
- Develop customized client facing web pages
Qualifications
- At least two years programming, managing, customizing and launching campaigns and reporting on results using Eloqua’s Automated Marketing Solution. Experience creating lead scoring, lead nurturing, and event registration programs in Eloqua
- Experience implementing Eloqua at an enterprise level and integrating it with multiple systems (e.g. CRM, web pages, other customer or marketing solutions or data sources) using Data Cards and Eloqua’s API
- 2 - 4 years Web development with HTML, DHTML, ASP, PHP, and Javascipt required
- Proficiency with CRM and other marketing automation solutions
- Sales/Marketing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Some limited periodic travel may be required
Education/Training
- IT College or related degree
- Advanced training and certification with Eloqua’s Automated Marketing Solution
- Training and/or certification in HTML, DHTML, ASP, PHP, and Javascipt

- Some outbound calling experience in B2B Sales, Telesales or Marketing.

Job Opening: Sales and Marketing Analyst - London, England
Based in Hammersmith, West London, Boardwalk Marketing Group Europe specialises in high volume lead generation,
contact list development, event recruitment and response management. Boardwalk's focus on quality, flexibility
and consultative campaign management ensures the success of direct marketing programs for a wide variety of
technology firms.
Languages required
We currently require native Dutch speakers.

The Team
You will join a team of international analysts who typically demonstrate:
- Very strong telephone skills (Analysts achieve 80 - 120 outbound calls/day, translating to an average of 1.5 hours of talk time).
- Experience in B2B Sales or Marketing.
- Bilingual and native speaker language capabilities.
- Good understanding of IT/Enterprise solution applications such as CRM, ERP, Compliance Solutions, Web-based Technology or Telecommunications and Networking.

The Role
A Sales and Marketing Analyst's primary function is to conduct research and develop lead opportunities for our client's
services or solutions over the phone. An analyst is responsible for documenting this information by compiling accurate,
clear, concise reports (in English) for our clients.
Whilst this is not a selling position you must demonstrate the ability to:
- Identify the decision-maker and get past the gatekeeper
- Collect the names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, email details within selected LOB and IT areas to 100% accuracy.
- Be a good listener with the skill to engage decision-makers on the phone
- Develop lead opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes business pains and data such as timelines, project teams, budget and competitive information.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Translate and provide insight into the interviews and participate in conference calls with Clients to articulate various trends in the market and further outline lead opportunities.
- Remain focused and work within strict time constraints whilst managing goals and objectives of multiple projects at the same time.
Additional information
Knowledge of Microsoft Access as well as experience of working in CRM applications such as salesforce.com or Siebel
would be beneficial, although training will be provided to successful candidates.

Job Opening: Market/Sales Researcher
You will be responsible for building a comprehensive map of our client's most strategic prospects, identifying areas of need, profiling the decision-making process, and interviewing key decision-makers to conduct a needs assessment and internal agendas. Through the use of peer to peer conversations with senior executives, you will speak to multiple individuals in each target company -- line of business managers, IT managers, finance executives -- to gain a cross-functional view of the enterprise and its purchasing behavior.
You must have the skills to identify the decision-maker and to get past the gatekeeper. You should be a good listener with the skills to extract information without alienating; strong communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to translate and provide insight into the interviews; and ability to remain focused and work within strict time constraints.
Projects can both be domestic and international scope. Working in small teams or individually, this position will have direct interface with the client's sales and marketing managers. We seek individuals with a minimum of 3 years' experience within a business-to-business sales or marketing environment; and at least one year of experience with inside sales or business development. A background in technology markets is strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree required / post graduate degree preferred.
