MarketOne expands sophisticated analytics offerings using Scribe iPaaS

Date: 11 June 2015

MarketOne International, a new breed of integrated demand-generation provider, has established a partnership with data integration leader Scribe Software to offer superior data-driven marketing and analytics services that improve campaign outcomes and provide advanced customer business intelligence to MarketOne’s clients.

Under the terms of the new agreement, MarketOne will use Scribe Online, the company’s cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS), to pull comprehensive marketing automation data from Eloqua, aggregate it with data from other enterprise sources, enrich the data and load the data into MarketOne’s sophisticated, proprietary analytics models. The Scribe Online platform gives MarketOne the ability to rapidly integrate critical business applications, such as Eloqua, and other data sources – whether they are in the cloud or on a company’s premises. With this solution, MarketOne provides enterprise clients with access to their data in a way that they have never been able to see it before – allowing them unprecedented visibility into their marketing and sales funnel, providing metrics on acquisition rates, sources, customer path and velocity, as well as opening the door to much more advanced analytics including marketing attribution and predictive modeling.

“MarketOne recognizes that providing world class marketing services means having data integration capability as a core competence,” explains Jeff Wright, managing director, Data, Reporting and Analytics at MarketOne. “Having a scalable data infrastructure is critical to our being able to deliver on the value proposition of our analytical services, and Scribe Online gave us an agile integration solution that makes that possible.”

The joint solution takes advantage of Scribe’s out-of-the-box Eloqua connectivity to help MarketOne provide clients with better access to data, run highly customized reports on that data and uncover deeper insights in less time. The solution, built on the Scribe Online iPaaS, also integrates multiple campaign types and tools seamlessly within Eloqua to achieve improved business value and scalability with pre-packaged, repeatable processes.

“Analytics is fueling a new wave of productivity gains and profitability, and organizations that can harness analytics data in their CRM, marketing automation and ERP systems can set themselves apart from their competitors,” added Shawn McGowan, CEO at Scribe Software. “iPaaS is playing a crucial role in the evolution of analytics services provided by digital marketing agencies and consumed by marketers at companies of all sizes. Scribe is excited to work with MarketOne, one of the leading demand-generation providers in the industry, to provide seamless data connectivity that helps them deliver highly scalable and advanced analytics services in an easy to use and cost-effective package.”

Scribe Online serves as the embedded integration layer for major independent software vendors, software as a service (SaaS) providers, systems integrators, value added resellers and digital marketing agencies.
