Team Lead – Tele
• To Lead and Motivate Team Members deliver high quality leads
• Provide SAP bootcamp training & CRM training to new joinees
• Coaching and training callers on Sales Lead Generation best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of product offerings
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for SAP Stakeholders to show Team performance against planned objectives.
• Responsible for modeling and reinforcing effective performance, appraisal, leave planning and absenteeism
• Monitor call volume / Listen to calls to provide feedback or coach for better traction with prospects/ customers
• Give Feedback to the team on misses in KPI.
• Help hire and build a team of self-motivated and hungry inside sales representatives.
• Run the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) for callers based on the areas of improvement for better performance
• Night shift job – starts from 6pm onwards upto 3am
• Pick-up and drop facility is available
• Workdays – Mon-Fri
