Prior to MarketOne, Catalina brought extensive experience from tenures at Accenture and Epsilon.
Catalina said, “I’m thrilled to step into this role at such an exciting time for strategic partnerships in the GrowthTech space. By leading both client services and global alliances, I can ensure our clients’ voices directly inform the strategic partnerships we build. I’m excited to develop alliances that go beyond traditional vendor relationships – partnerships born from real client needs that create innovative solutions and drive competitive advantages. When you combine authentic client understanding with strategic collaboration, you unlock the full potential of Growth Technology investments. And I for one, am energized to lead that charge for our clients at MarketOne.”
MarketOne CEO, Enrico Brosio, commented, “Our clients’ growth aspirations have evolved beyond traditional marketing automation into data-driven, omnichannel, hyper-personalized experiences scaled through AI. These new partnerships represent our commitment to building a comprehensive growth stack that keeps us at the forefront of what our clients need. Cat’s appointment as our first Global Partner Manager formalizes our investment in these critical relationships. Her expertise will ensure we unlock the full potential of these partnerships for MarketOne, our valuable GrowthTech partners, and most importantly, our clients, enabling them to over-deliver on their platform investments and revenue goals.”
Market Context
The appointment comes as B2B organizations increasingly seek integrated solutions that can break down traditional marketing and sales silos. Modern buyers complete 69% of their research journey before engaging with sales (2024 6sense B2B Buyer Experience Report), creating demand for sophisticated intent-driven strategies that can identify and act on early buying signals effectively.
MarketOne’s partnership-first approach addresses key market challenges including pipeline generation difficulties (cited by 55% of GTM leaders as their top growth challenge), poor lead-to-opportunity conversion rates (80% of marketing-generated leads never convert), and underutilized intent data investments.
